In the not-so-distant past, the indomitable warrior princess Xena, portrayed by Lucy Lawless, graced our screens and made her debut on “Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.” Her popularity soared, leading to her own spinoff series, which ran from 1995 to 2001. Although there were only 34 episodes, much to the chagrin of her dedicated fan base, the show left an indelible mark with its magical elements, historical backdrop, thrilling action, and the unmistakable touch of innuendo-laden humor.
Decades may have passed since the show’s heyday, but the allure of a feminist hero in the ancient world remains timeless. Xena, initially a ruthless warrior, embarks on a quest for redemption, guided by her guardian angel of sorts, Gabrielle. Together, they tackle malevolent forces and champion those who cannot fend for themselves.
So, where are Lucy Lawless and the rest of the “Xena: The Warrior Princess” cast today?

1. Lucy Lawless:
Lucy Lawless hasn’t slowed down in the world of film and television. Her IMDB resume has expanded impressively, featuring notable roles in shows such as “The L Word,” “Battlestar Galactica,” “Parks and Recreation,” and “Spartacus.” She’s also made appearances in films like “EuroTrip” and “Spider-Man.” More recently, she lent her voice to “Minions: The Rise of Gru” and starred in the Apple+ series “Mr. Corman.” Her latest venture, “My Life Is Murder,” casts her as a private investigator, and interestingly, her old companion, Gabriele (Renee O’Connor), makes a cameo appearance.

2. Renee O’Connor:
The ethereal blonde who portrayed Xena’s partner-in-crime, Gabrielle, continues to pursue her acting career, albeit at a somewhat quieter pace than Lucy Lawless. O’Connor has appeared in horror films like “Alien Apocalypse” and “Monster Arc,” along with several made-for-TV movies. Most recently, she joined Lawless in “My Life Is Murder,” rekindling their on-screen partnership.

3. Ted Raimi:
While the female leads may have stolen the spotlight in “Xena,” Ted Raimi made his mark with appearances in 43 episodes. He played a bumbling yet endearing character, a wannabe soldier who found his place alongside Xena and Gabrielle. Falling for Gabrielle, he ultimately ends up with one of Xena’s doppelgangers and starts a family. Since his time on the show, Raimi has dabbled in voice acting and starred in “Ash vs. The Evil Dead.” He also appeared in three movies directed by his brother, including “Spider-Man” and “The Grudge.”
These talented individuals, who once breathed life into the captivating world of “Xena: Warrior Princess,” have continued to explore their passions in the entertainment industry, leaving an enduring legacy for their dedicated fans.
