During her visit to Kogi Central markets on Saturday, the senator personally engaged with traders, listened to their concerns, and handed out cash envelopes totaling millions of naira.

Her market outreach coincided with the groundbreaking ceremony for five mini LNG plants in Ajaokuta, reflecting her commitment to both economic and infrastructural development in the region.

Market Tour and Trader Engagement

Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan visited two of the largest markets in the district:

She started at the livestock market, where both indigenous traders and Hausa/Fulani cattle sellers received financial support. She then proceeded to the chicken and blacksmith sections, ensuring that diverse groups of traders benefited from the initiative.

During her tour, traders trooped out in large numbers, offering prayers for her leadership and pledging continued support.
