Governor Ododo Pledges to Build Hospital in Zango Daji, Kogi State

Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, has assured the people of Zango Daji of his administration’s commitment to building a hospital in the town. The announcement was made during his visit to the Zango Market, where he interacted with market women and other residents.

Speaking to the crowd, Governor Ododo emphasized his administration’s focus on improving infrastructure and healthcare delivery across the state.

“I decided to stop here to see how you are doing as your servant, and I am happy that you are enjoying the road and the streetlights. I heard someone talking about having a good hospital here. Let me assure you, I will give you a good hospital very soon. Health is wealth, and that is the reason we are investing heavily in healthcare so that our people will enjoy good health,” the governor stated.

Residents Celebrate the Governor

The announcement was met with excitement and cheers from the people of Zango Daji, many of whom hailed the governor as “Mr. Talk and Do” for fulfilling his promises.

Residents from Zango Daji, Shettima, and Barracks communities also expressed their gratitude for the recently completed road projects, including:

  • Zone 8 Junction to Barracks-Shettima-Zango Daji to GYB Junction Road
  • Zone 8 Junction to Confluence Stadium-Crusher Road

Project Inspections Ahead of First Anniversary

The governor has been touring the state to inspect completed and ongoing projects ahead of his first anniversary in office. Other key projects inspected include the newly rebuilt Local Government Service Commission House.

Governor Ododo reiterated his administration’s commitment to improving the lives of Kogi State residents by delivering impactful infrastructure and healthcare projects.
