A total of 108 institutions have now been cleared for student loan applications, following the recent approval of 86 state-owned institutions,” the statement read.
The newly approved institutions include Kogi State University, Kabba; Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba; Abia State University, Uturu; College of Education, Nsugbe; Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University; Delta State University, Abraka; Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara; Ekiti State Polytechnic, Isan-Ekiti; Kwara State University; and Kwara State College of Health Technology.
Additional institutions that received approval are Abdulkadir Kure University, Minna; Ogun State College of Health Technology, Ilese-Ijebu; Moshood Abiola Polytechnic; Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo; The Polytechnic, Ibadan; The Oke Ogun Polytechnic, Saki; Rivers State University, Port Harcourt; Kenule Beeson Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic; Shehu Sule College of Nursing and Midwifery, Damaturu; College of Administration, Management and Technology Potiskum, Yobe State; College of Agriculture, Science & Technology, Gujba; and College of Education Legal Studies, Nguru.
The Fund extended its congratulations to the cleared institutions and urged both the institutions and students to strictly adhere to the guidelines provided to ensure the efficient and effective use of the loan.
